I've had it at other Panera's and it's always been fresh and full of toppings but not here so that's disappointing because when made right, it's an amazing sandwich. It was about an hour before closing time when we arrived. Even though business was slow they treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. It seemed like they were genuinely happy to have us come in even though it was late and they would have cleanup to do for closing. This store was super clean and the service was exceptional!”
