Our food took longer to get to us than it had any business to, for starters. Then, both of us ordered sandwiches with scrambled eggs to go, and both of us received over easy eggs instead, so we had to go back in and get those corrected. “Ive been coming here for the past year since it's right by the house. I really like the fast service and friendliness of the staff. I came in last night to buy a dozen of donuts. I had a wait a little longer than usual because the cashier was running both drive thru and inside the store. I wanted each flavor for my dozen of donuts but the roasted coconut was out and so we're some of the other flavors. That was disappointing since I didn't get my favorite donuts. It was only 5pm and they were already running out of the variety so that was surprising to me. I do love the ambiance and the cleanliness of the store. The decor is very trendy and spacious. There are plenty of seats and tables for customers to enjoy their coffee and donuts.”

“I have been going to the metro dinner for years. The variety and the quality of the food are excellent. All of their staff will meet or exceed your expectations most of the time. Very nice to see them expanding within 14 states. Go once and you will be hooked. That being said, it is disappointing to see that my regular location, in Mandarin Florida, needs to improve upon maintaining the exterior of its property. This includes the outside seating area where food is served. I wish I was able to say that the conditions were recent but they have been accumulating over a long period of time. No one wants a filthy ceiling fan rotating above their food. The building and awnings should be cleaned on a regular basis. The sign that displays their name and also acts as their logo should not be pealing away. This company has a great customer base and is always busy. It should be able to afford simple regular exterior building maintenance. Don't just take pride in your food and service, start to care for the structure that you invite your guests to visit and where they provide their patronage.”

“My daughter and I love to pop in to Panera for a quick lunch when we have a chance. I like that the food at Panera is made with good quality ingredients so that my daughters nutritional needs get met. She rarely, if ever, has any issues when we eat here. Unlike most other restaurant fare that usually gives her a stomach ache. We stopped in at the Beach and Hodges Panera this time and I loved the rolling pin display. The staff were all super friendly even though they were very busy.”

“McDonald's is known for its standards and consistency, this store maintains it well. That being said, the drive through line time has increased by about a half in the six months IR so.. I've eaten lunch from this store about twice a week for four years. I count the vehicles ahead of me when entering and see how many minutes it takes to leave. One per minute used to be average, now closer to two minutes per vehicle. If you have several orders, please be considerate and order inside; the drive through is for timeliness or the disabled!”

“Although it’s enjoyable to speak to someone at the counter, I really enjoy using the kiosk to order. This location had about 5 empty kiosk when I walked in and a good sized line at the front desk. I was able quickly pull up my account and process my order. By the time I filled up my water, sat down and pulled out the laptop.. my order was delivered. The service here was great. Very friendly staff. The food was also great. I decided to try something new, and it didn’t disappoint. It easy to try something new, when everything is fresh and delicious. Great job!
