This decision turned out to be one of the highlights of our journey. As we entered the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The customer service was exceptional—each member of the team was courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. We ordered a variety of wings to sample their famous sauces and flavors. The range of options was impressive, catering to all tastes from mild to extra spicy. Every wing was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, demonstrating why Wingstop is renowned for their sauces. We particularly enjoyed the classic hot and the tangy lemon pepper flavors. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also reasonably priced. The portions were generous and offered great value for the money, making it an affordable treat during our travels. Overall, our stop at the Jacksonville Wingstop was fantastic. The combination of excellent food, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service made it a memorable experience. “Having managed restaurants I understand how important and high stress opening night can be. My husband and I both greatly anticipated this opening for months, but our experience resulted in a bit of a let down. The decor inside was amazing and well thought out. We enjoyed the alien art and the energy of the restaurant, but the atmosphere couldn’t make up for our experience with the food. Our nacho appetizer was delivered incomplete, missing ground beef, tomatoes and beans, with minimal melted cheese- resulting in us crunching on toasted chips and realizing halfway through that something had to be missing. To my surprise, my 7 layer taco salad came with completely chilled ground steak, which was extremely off putting (I also realized -after the fact- the side of cornbread never came). My husband’s experience with the tacos were more pleasant, although he pointed out the dryness of his tacos due to lack of sauce/crema, and abundance of cabbage against a toasted tortilla. I kept trying to keep positive so I could give my 5 star review but the service was also lacking -the server asked me 3 times what I didn’t want on my salad and even after the 3rd time she still brought the salad with onions on it. We didn’t get a chance to try the drinks so maybe if you’re looking to try this out come for the drinks and atmosphere.”

“Two months ago I bought 3 tacos from his food truck he told me he was opening a restaurant on Old Kings Trail. My 3 tacos were fantastic. Today I visited the restaurant and got 4 tacos (Taco Tuesday). I ate two of them at restaurant and they were GREAT the other two I bought home for my bride and she said they were outstanding. The restaurant was clean and staff was very courteous. I look forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.”

“The local foodies of mandarin were right, this is one of the best acai/fruit bowl spots in Jax! Look at those strawberries! Notice how the center cuts are fully red and pink, and not white! Now that’s a good strawberry and something we don’t see often enough at places like this, or grocery stores. This is high quality fruit and I will be bragging about it : ) so so impressed. I loved the mix of acai and pitaya. Pitaya will always be my favorite but I do appreciate a refreshing acai bowl as well. Pictured here is the medium cup. You can add as many toppings as you want and it’s included in the original price (thank you for doing this acai angel bc this girl loves all of the toppings) I wish I lived closer because I would be here every other day of the week. “We've been here 3 times, and each time has been amazing. The first time, George (maybe a manager?) came over and introduced himself and made sure we were enjoying our dinner. He's greeted us the other 2 times like we were old friends. All of the staff that we interacted with were just as friendly. “Came the night of 6/7 wasn’t super crowded yet. Walked in to a nice place the decor was interesting almost reminded me of the movie ‘Coco’ but nonetheless the atmosphere fit. We were sat down but the nice hostess and our waitress Ana came over (I believe was her name) and gave us chips and recommended a few drinks. That being said let me start with the chips. I feel like a few taco places around here are afraid to add some salt or anything to their chips. Not this place a little salt with some hints of lime o-m-g a wedded bliss. Thank you so much 1810 for doing this. We also got a side of queso and that stuff was amazing. The wife and I shared the 1810 Fajita which consisted of “Grilled chicken, shrimp, chorizo, and grilled steak with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. Served with Mexican rice, black refried beans, side salad and tortillas.” We wanted to try a little bit everything and boy oh boy we were not disappointed. So many flavors and the flame char on the peppers were on point. The shrimp tasted great, the steak super flavored and was cooked to perfection. The chicken was the same way beautifully done. The chorizo (I am not big on) but was also very tasteful and didn’t disappoint. On the way out we asked the waiter for a container for the queso and chips. She ended up giving us a container for the queso and bag of fresh chips. They didn’t make it the night once we got home. If you are looking for a nice sit down Mexican place then this is it for you. Would definitely come back again.”

I really appreciate how they work together as a team here. Other staff members came by to check on us and ensure we were enjoying our meal and didn't need anything. Service was prompt , we were advised about the specials as well. We sat at a booth because of the decor/design it was an intimate experience. However this restaurant can be great for larger groups due to the set up and the music. I honestly can't recall ALL the meats we ordered but we ordered from the classic menu.”

“We did the drop off catering option for our wedding and it was amazing. All of our guests loved the food and the deluxe package comes with everything you could ever need for a taco bar!
