Hooters

My friends and family visited the Pensacola, FL location this past Sunday, July 25th. We had an amazing waitress Madison!! It was about 10 of us and she didn't miss a beat. She was fast, accurate, and super kind and professional. We had little ones running around and it didn't bother her at all. Also the manager Nick was awesome too, he held another table for about 35 minutes for us for our other party just so we could be near each other. Just top of the line customer service!!! Also the food was hot and excellent!!

Wait line was bit long (right on the beach so it’s a given its busy ) , after getting seated friendly waitress. Order food and it arrived quickly after. Ordered 10 boneless hottest they served was garlic sauce with ranch on the side (ranch never quite enough for the wings at any hooters) , I got the fries and 22oz beer. Quick service, 4 out of five cause does quiet top other hooters I have been before.

My coworkers and I come here quite often after work. Most of the staff members that I’ve met are friendly but our favorite server is the beautiful Rose. She is very professional, fun, patient & always accommodating. I live for great customer service and she delivers every time. Some of the other servers can take a few notes from Rose amazing customer service skills. We'd love to see her in a management position, promote her! & Please hire more girls of color. Thank you.

We had good service and great food. My only complaint is long wait for food. This the 4 star instead of 5 star rating.
