Sunday Funday. The vibe was great. The band was awesome. The service was good Naja was our waiter. The manager seemed out of the loop with seating. The food was pleasing. Except for fried green tomatoes and okra 1/5. Underseasoned and old grease taste. We ordered fried chicken, fried pork chops, cheeseburger kids meal,, shrimp and grits they were all seasoned well and tasty.

Five Sisters has been on my ongoing list of places to try for a few years. Finally made it today with a friend. She had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the fried green tomato BLT. Both were absolutely delicious. The burger was a real homemade patty and mouth watering. We both had a lemonade vodka drink that was delicious as well. I will definitely be back!

We had a nice time here. The atmosphere is wonderful! The music is great! The service was prompt and helpful. Presentation of the food was amazing. It truly looked like works of art. I don't know if we came on an off day or if this is usual for this establishment, but seasonings other than salt would be a nice addition. I had the pot roast and it was one of the blandest I have ever tasted. Others in my group had burgers with pimento and grilled jalapenos, but they didn't seem to hold much flavor either. Another one of us got pork chops. They were so thin they seemed like paper. Another in our group got the chicken fried steak and it was so salty she could hardly eat it.
Again, the atmosphere is amazing with the music playing. They have records all around on walls and beams. They do have live music in the evening on occasion, though we missed that. I'd love to go back again when I'm next in town in hopes of having food with more flavor.

This was our first time there and spoiler, we WILL be back!!

    So start to finish:

We arrived and the atmosphere was fantastic and lively with live jazz being played inside. It was kinda loud but meh, it’s worth it. We were quoted 30-45 mins and got sat within 14mins.

Sweet tea to drink and it was yummy.

I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, and green beans. Hubs got the shrimp and grits which was gluten free, as well as a side of their yams.

When I tell you my husband was in HEAVEN. He said that’s the best shrimp and grits he’s ever had and the corn bread was fantastic.

My chicken was moist and flavored wonderfully! The Mac and cheese was gooey and I was indifferent about the green beans.

Our server was nice and didn’t hover but made sure we had what we needed.

Definitely coming back to try new things!

This place was awesome great atmosphere had live music while we were there. The waiter (Cody) was damn good at his job he was attentive knew his menu and even gave some suggestions I had the country fried steak, Mac, greens and yams. Everything was good even my drink I had. Coworker had wings he love them and I tried the woopie pie which was good but the cake was kinda thick compared to the cream middle. I would only suggest a little thinner of a cake but it was still good. I would recommend coming here for families friends or even a date.
