HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot- Pensacola

Let's start with the service- it was excellent from the hostess (hey 334! Lol) to the server to management greeting us as we departed. Everyone was great & on point & everything was flowing smoothly as it should. Now the important stuff- the food! It was so good. It was a little overwhelming at first because we didn't realize when we ordered how much meat was in each portion & it's a lot. The meat choices for both the grill & hot pot are great. I was stoked to have enoki mushrooms as an option for hot pot. All in all this is a 5 star experience for the Pensacola area. The experience is different from any other local restaurant & the vibe is nice as well, 10/10 would recommend.

Super yummy! So excited to try KBBQ for the first time at this location. The food was amazing! We will definitely be back. I love that the staff will swap out your grill plate if it gets too charred. My only concerns or suggestions are the music and the utensils. I found that it was way too loud to really talk with your group, so I wish the music were just a little quieter so you can have more fun with your table. I also wish there were some more instruction or more utensils to use for cooking; we had one set of tongs to use to handle our food, and I was nervous about using them for both raw chicken and cooked meats. Our table agreed to use the tongs for raw meats and grab the cooked and ready-to-eat stuff with our chopsticks, but having more tongs to pull everything off at the same time would be nice. Just an idea, though -- I can't stress enough that there is so much variety of delicious food and tons of sauces to choose from at a very decent price!

Truly worth the wait for this establishment to open. You can have Korean BBQ or Hotpot or you can get both and for the price of all you can eat! There is a food waste fee if you leave too much food behind. The staff was amazing and welcoming. It can get a little smokey in the building but that is to be expected.
Breakdown: Your first order is set by the wait staff that is serving your table which is when you choose between grill or Hotpot or both. Once that is done you order what you want at no additional cost unless you leave too much behind that is. They do military discount as well! My wife and I loved this place and we will be returning.

We have been wanting to go here since hearing about it several months ago, so was excited to he able to go the second day they opened. The place is very nice and very new feeling, as it should. Everything was very clean and modern feeling. All the staff we interacted with were all very friendly and nice. Being able to order food on the iPad they provided was very convenient. They were pretty quick to bring out food as we order it. The food quality was pretty good and their selection was also pretty good. We opted to do the BBQ and Hot Pot and it does get a bit hectic trying to cook food in the hot pot and the grill, so just be aware of that. There is a cart at the end of the table to put empty plates so it doesn't get too crowded, which was very useful. They have a sauce bar which is nice to season the food with various different sauces and flavors. They have a small section for desserts and ice cream. It isn't a large selection, but it was fine. Overall it was a very good experience and I wouldn't mind coming back!

We just ate here tonight and it was SO FREAKING GOOD. First experience with hot pot AND Korean BBQ. Props to you and your team. Cianna was amazing!! 😘

Bar isn’t set up yet- just in case anyone was wondering. There was also no music, so a bit quiet at times. But it’s only the second day open and they executed everything perfectly!
