The District: Seville Steak & Seafood

This place crushes it. The food downstairs is amazing but the cocktail lounge upstairs is top notch. The bar manager Wayne has curated one of the best bars in Pensacola. From the drinks to the food, Wayne and his crew have absolutely nailed the upscale drink and dining experience.

We have been here multiple times and it was always excellent. Mr. Good has been our favorite bartender since we moved here. We came in yesterday and decided to sit upstairs to enjoy the live music. The host downstairs told us to ask for a full menu once we were upstairs. We get up stairs, sit down, and we sat for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted. A lady dropped off a few drink menus then left. Almost 15 minutes go by and we had to go ask for menus. Needless to say our waitress was no very attentive. We were 1 of 3 parties in the whole upper level so they weren't busy. After we finished our meal and having to go straight to the bar to get our drinks replenished, we tried to get our waitresses attention to get our check but she was standing behind the bar with a few others chatting and not paying attention. I had to get up and actually ask for our bill, us being the closest to the bar makes it even more frustrating because she could clearly see we were out of water and no food left in sight but was too occupied talking to be a good server. I am a server and this is unacceptable. I am not sure if Morgan is new but she needs more training. FOOD IS DELICIOUS, WILL RETURN but will ask for a different waitress if we have Morgan again.

Had dinner here with friends Saturday 6-26-2021, all six of us enjoyed our dinners, all excellent and cooked perfectly. We had drinks upstairs after dinner and enjoyed the band playing in the lounge, the mixed drinks were also done perfectly. My wife had them come up with something she had somewhere else and they nailed it. Servers were fantastic at dinner and in the lounge.

This place was great. We ate at the bar to avoid the wait. Our bartender, Goods was fantastic. He earned every penny. Everything tasted great. It is expensive, but its worth it for a special occasion or if you just have a lot of money.

This place is outstanding. From your host, Buck, to the most excellent bartender, Goods, to the amazing bourbon list, and of course the food, this restaurant will exceed your expectations in every way.
The salads, appetizers. and sides are as ample as they are tasty.
But of course the steaks are the star of the show. I had the KC aged prime strip and it was cooked to perfection and as good as any steak I've had anywhere in the US. If you don't go for beef, I'd recommend the scallops which are great.
I get to Pensacola about once a month and will return every trip!
