Food is always fresh and service is good too. Looking for a good mom and pop Mexican restaurant than this is it

Our waiter was awesome! Our little kids loved their food. My picky husband was even super impressed! I got 1 burrito and couldn't even finish it. Also super reasonably priced. $50 for 4 of us?! Awesome!

Food was good, staff was great, but they do not post the price of their margaritas so we were very surprised when we received the bill. My husband and I each,had the lunch specials (both under $9, we both ordered the beef selection but later the waitress came and told us their wasn't enough beef for both and asked if one could be changed to chicken. I then chose the chicken) and 1 margarita each. The bill was over $40!!! That included $1.35 added to the bill because we used our credit card. The bill wasn't itemized, so we couldn't figure out what was charged for what. We always give a 20 percent tip, so our quick little lunch ended up costing over $50! I do recommend eating here but be wary of the cost of the drinks! If I could recommed a few things to the restaurant, that would be listing the cost of the drinks and make it known, more readily to the customer, of the credit card charge and itemize the check.

I recommend the restaurant as the food was good, however if you don’t mind paying a .99 surcharge for using your debit card, take cash with you. I was never told there was a surcharge for using my card. The cashier just ran the card without letting me know. As a best practice this should be disclosed BEFORE you order to give you the option to pay in cash or patronize another establishment.

I will be following up with a letter to Visa verifying this is something permissible with the contract they have with the credit card company.

The server was attentive to my needs and the hours were very accommodating as well.
