I went into the store one day when COVID 19 first started and I was shaking really bad. The ladies at the counter asked.if I was ok and I told them.I was scared because I didn't want to get COVID 19 they all told me everything was going to be ok. I bought my fountian drink and MY FAVORITE CHICKEN SALAD SANDWHICH FROM 7/11 ate my lunch and was on my way. If you are ever traveling and you see a 7/11 stop and I hope you are treated the way I am at My Local 7/11 here in Brooksville, Florida”

“One pump continues to not accept gift cards. Nothing happens so when I go into the store I have to deal with a clerk who seems to either be tired or not too happy to be here. Al waits for me to speak, doesn't even greet you, and doesn't follow up with a thank you or a have a great day. Typical customer service would be a great start. Service on some of the pumps so I don't have to deal with the poor mannered service clerks is another.”

“I am a 74 yr. old woman and last night around 11 PM I was having a problem sleeping because of the pain in my knee. I finally got up and went over to your store to get some Motrin. When I went to the counter, I was told that the machine was not working and I could only pay with cash. I did not have any cash. I was beside myself because of the pain and nothing else was open. The pretty black clerk and the older white guy pooled their money and bought the Motrin for me. They were wonderful and I can not thank them enough.”

“Met a friend for a quick lunch. Plenty of seating. Food is excellent and plentiful. Help yourself drink bar (water, tonics like Coke and lemonade and ice teas) after ordering. Uses a alarm-buzzing type notification when your order is ready. Has a bakery section. Excellent coffee. Everything is available for takeout. Handicap accessible. During busy lunch hour there was a person helping you find seating, delivery and clean-up. Very amenable. Nice place for a quick bite or stay a while to chat.”
