Arby's

Great to have an Arby's closer to home and easy to get in and out of. They are doing a great job of providing freshly made sandwiches here. I am happy to wait for a large order as I know it is never made ahead of time. The coupons that are coming out make these sandwiches a great bargain every month or so. Even my salt free wife is happy eating their food. We normally take it home with enough for a couple guests. I go inside with big orders so as not to hold up the drive thru. They may have online ordering? Never looked into that. But I'm retired and not in a rush.

When I worked at Arby's several years ago, we cooked fish to order. They came out very hot. This fish was not. I have gotten other sandwiches there that were not hot too. Not happy with the food quality. But the crew there were very friendly.

5 stars all the way! Why? I had issues with my visit here but rather than jump on social media and bash this place, I brought the concerns about my visit to Arby's attention via email. I received a phone call and had a nice conversation regarding my concerns. I was taken seriously, was given respect and received a sincere apology. I understand how unfair social media is with businesses. I also understand, concerns can't be addressed if they aren't brought to someones attention. Within a week of our conversation, I received cards in the mail for 4 meals. (We only bought 2 meals at the time of our negative experience) I appreciate the gesture of 2 free meals but when they sent 4, that signaled to me that this company is serious about making things right with dissatisfied guests. I will visit this store again and will highly recommend them in the future simply because of the way they addressed my concerns quickly, sincerely and fairly. Well done Arby's! (The new sandwich is really good too!)

I was surprised that this place was opened and decided to go the place from my Tradition of getting a new Pocket Monsters Video Game, been doing this since 2013 fyi.

And sure it took time in order to have your Sandwich and I ate it, the environment was good and the location was very convenient because the one on Hwy 50 is more further away where I lived.

Happy to see this location has opened. Service was a little slow and I am sure that will improve. Only negative was we requested unsalted curly fries and were told Arby's doesn't use salt as the fries are seasoned. Unfortunately the seasoning does contain over 600mg of salt in a small order of fries. Employees need to be advised of the contents of the seasoning.
