Taco Bell

Could be 5 stars. Still lacking in customer service. 4 stars for fast food quality.

Avon Park location here is pretty good. The food quality doesn't always meet expectations but it's never been bad enough that I've had to complain. Staff is very friendly and restaurant kept moderately clean.

To be fair, giving 3 stars only because I believe 4 and 5 stars means next to perfect and service offered goes beyond basic expectations. There's definitely room for improvement here but still an excellent spot to eat.

So i work at this particular Taco Bell; and I gotta say, since Jim became the new GM this place is really coming together. The crew is having fun working again, orders are being made right again, and guests seem to enjoy their time here more. Great crew, and great management. I normally have great disdain for anywhere I work, but not here.

It's obvious that they finally got a new manager. He definitely is working hard to make the restaurant do well. I'm sure with a little more time this location will earn a 5 star. They were friendly and pretty efficient. Plus they have the new kiosk where you can order and pay without having to interact with people much. So if you have social anxiety, This is a good location.
