Fall off the bone 🦴 melt in your mouth baby backs and the sauce is to die for! I couldn't make up my mind between sweet heat and regular sweet. So I alternated between the two sauces rib over rib. Fantastic hands down my barbecue joint in Avon Park. Plus you won't walk away hungry portions are huge.”

“Had seen this place featured on TV as having great hamburgers. I was not disappointed. Hamburger was grilled with a nice searing, yet the inside was a nice medium pink. Topped with onion straws, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sliced pickle spears. Delicious! Required two hands!! Fries fries were lightly coated, hot, and not the least bit greasy. Ready for a return trip.”

“A "little hole-in-the-wall" place we found through a local coupon book. A popular place for ribs and on Friday they do beef brisket. Truly a mom-and-pop operation with good home cooking. While there are a few seats inside they had some tables outside and a small deck in the back, but a lot of their business is carryout. Well worth seeking out if you're looking for barbecue. We went on a Friday night and had the brisket sandwiches which were pretty good. But I think we'll go back for the ribs which were suggested by several of the patrons waiting to pick up their takeout.”

This last time service was a little slow and one order of French fries was hot & the other was lukewarm. My single burger was lukewarm, but my wife's chicken sandwich was nice and hot. I have found the Avon Park Wendy's to be very inconsistent in quality lately.”
