Dunkin' Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is by my house I go pretty much two to three times a week I bring my own cup and it's a lot cheaper when you bring your own cup to anyone that didn't know but I like my iced coffee special 13 shots of caramel 10 splendas milk whipped cream and drizzle and they always do their best to meet my needs and what I like I thank them for that

Clearly not prepared to facilitate the demand for Heart Shaped Donuts for Valentines Day.
The best of promotions always come down to unit level execution, to be able to claim it as a success.
Took over 20 minutes at the counter, only to be told i could not have 2 dozen of the heart shaped donuts. Had to settle for what was left, in 2 dozen i was only given 2 per box.
These were as a thank you gift to my staff on Valentines Day.

This Dunkin is kind of a hit or miss! Sometimes the coffee is exactly the way I want it and then other times it's bitter. But it's the only Dunkin I like in my area! The employees need some hospitality training but their getting better!

Most folks know exactly what to expect when they go to a donut chain outlet. This Dunkin Donuts facility was precisely as advertised -- clean, very bright, good selection of donuts. I was impressed with the extended breakfast sandwiches and the surprising varieties of coffee and coffee based alternatives. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I prefer cake donuts to raised; the variety of cake donuts was unimpressive. Aii-in-all, if one is in the mood for average donuts, then this place doesn't disappoint.
