The food is hot and very good, however we waited an hour for our food to be brought to the table. They weren't busy either. The waitress was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu items.

Staff has a great attitude and the food is unique and taste great. I liked the meat pie, it's was perfectly assembled and I added salted to taste.

The service however was disorganized and I ordered from the bar because I didn't know the tables had servers after waiting 20 minutes. I would recommend they have at least 2 servers working both halves of the interior. I went to the bar for ordering food and grabbed every drink and refill.

They also forgot my grilled onions on my burger, it was still delicious even though it was well done.

They also have an emu and kangaroo burger that was unique. Haven't quite tasted anything like it.

The dessert was good, not too rich or overly sweet.

The prices were good, I'd definitely eat here again, probably when it's less busy.

Great food and friendly staff. The chicken wings were the best I have had in a long time. Great sauce and meaty. Meat pie was very good and cooked perfectly. Great prices and fast. Differently a come back kinda of place.

Looking for a friendly atmosphere with delicious food? Look no further! Every minute at the Walkabout was enjoyed here. Before my husband & I even walked inside, the owner, Reg, introduced herself to us. We ordered the ricotta pancakes (which our server John recommended) and the redneck eggs benedict which were delicious! We take food pretty seriously, and can tell everything is made fresh with lots of TLC! If you are a coffee lover, then you have also come to the right place. Before we left, we talked to the owner again about the restaurant, and she made it a point to tell us that they really invest in the community and care about what they serve. We felt like we were regulars there just by how they treated us even though it was just our first time. We can't wait to go back again!

Went for a company party and it was perfect for the occasion! The outside seating area was set up to cater to the party and the food was great! Service is excellent, the entire place is very warm and wwelcoming.We can't wait to try their breakfast!
