Papa John's Pizza

A new location for Papa John's in the north Riverview area just west of Brandon in the Magnolia Park neighborhood mini-mall at Progress Blvd and Falkenburg Road. This area has been expanding rapidly the past two years since originally starting during the big recession about twelve years ago. They were ready to go with my pizza ordered online just as their app suggested for timing. Counter fellow was the assistant manager, friendly and helpful. I'm so glad that this location opened in an area more convenient to my Palm River neighborhood than having to drive to Brandon Blvd to get to a Papa John's.

I purchased large cheese pizza from this store. People over there were extremely polite and careful on my order. I had one of my best customer experiences.

I ordered carryout from this location for the first time yesterday at 6:04. I arrived at around 6:21. They were starting to get very busy. My one large pizza wasn't ready yet. One employee told me he didn't forget about me. A second employee gave me the pizza around 6:36 and apologized for the wait. The pizza looked and tasted good, which is standard for this chain. I would return to this location if I was coming home from work and had a promo code, which I used yesterday.

I’m pretty impressed by this location. There was a slight problem with my order/service this evening which I relayed through an online survey. A manager called me immediately! I was extremely shocked. He apologized for the service not being up to my standards. I appreciate him addressing my concerns and I’ll continue to order from this location.
