Cappy's Pizza

I love pizza but...I LOVE this one the MOST! I've eaten at at least 100 pizza joints, but this is my favorite by far!!! I'm almost afraid to tell everyone how good it is for fear of not being able to get a table.

We've been to Italy, New York, Chicago - you name it. This place holds up to global scrutiny. Great pizza and really awesome staff.

Delicious pizza with a very nice crust and good sauce. Tried the original by choosing the Cappy's Pizza and loved it. There is not a lot of seating in the restaurant if you want to eat in so make sure you come early before the dinner rush fills the place.

I was craving a Chicago style pizza and Cappy's came through. This was my first visit after a couple of years of saying I should try it. I got the Greek salad and it was excellent. So many places don't put potato salad in their Greek salad which is, in my opinion, an unforgivable mistake. Cappy's doesn't make that mistake. Then there's the pizza. I got the Cappy's and it was everything I hoped it would be. The crust was thick and delicious. It had just the right amount of toppings. I opted for light sauce because it comes with a "liberal" amount according to the server and I like my pie a little drier then many. The pizza is definitely a fork and knife affair. Speaking of my server, she was very friendly and very attentive. She even laughed at my stupid jokes. The whole experience makes me want to come back over and over again. And I will.
