“Stopped for a late lunch and my wife and I were very happy with our lunch. Her Wendy single was Excellent and I had the 3 piece cod fish and it was all very good. The Cole slaw and fries both were very good. My wife had cheese and chilly on her fries and it was more then she could eat. Very good, very tasty and they were fast getting the food out.”

“The lunch selections available are great, many options no matter what you are in the mood for. The chicken strawberry salads are very large- so good! The burgers are excellent and cooked as requested. The food was served fast and hot. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The empty tables near us were cleaned quickly. Our server was attentive and super friendly, as was everyone we made eye contact with.”

“My husband and I have been coming here to get gas because they always have lower price. I would like to give a five star for them because they worked together and saved my day today. I rushed here to fill air before going to work. I don’t know how. I asked first person she doesn’t know but she found someone to help me without any wait. I feel only a good team and good management can make this happen. Also, at the one second wait, I saw they have about 5 people waiting to check out, the cashier called help, the line was clear after that. I found that they value their customers. I hope they can keep working this way and always care about customers. We will keep coming back.”

“I think most can agree that going through breakthroughs is never a remarkable or memorable experience. I went through tonight thinking the same, but was greeted so extremely kindly by Jasmine. Not only was she kind and courteous, but very personable.. something more drive through windows need! Going forward, anytime I need a mint chocolate shake, I will be going through the drive through to hopefully be greeted by Jasmine. You guys hired a great girl, and she is definitely someone you want to keep around. Jasmine, thanks for bringing a smile to my night and making sure I was taken care of!!”

“The food is great. In theory to have my child in a supervised play room while I relax, eat, chat or do work sounds amazing. The staff is super nice. The problem is they have 1 staff person running the orders, getting the orders out and that same person is supposed to be in the supervised play area as well. They can’t be in 2 places at the same time. You pay for 1 or 2 hours of the supervised play, but you can’t really get that when the staff is busy dealing with food/customers. My recommendation would be Kraftologee offer windows of time that they have another staff person just for the playroom. Outside of those windows of time, it’s not guaranteed supervised play, but could work out if the 1 staff person isn’t busy. Much potential, but they need to work out the kinks and provide what they advertise.”

“Food is always great at First Watch. They are always willing to accommodate you any way they can. I love it for breakfast... those blueberry pancakes are awesome especially with eggs and bacon (it's a big pancake so only order 1 if you have something with it). We actually went for a Lunch meeting. Great service...no rush. I had a cup of soup and half sandwich which hit the spot. Parking was easy in and out. My GPS originally took me behind the building just know that it actually First Watch faces Bloomingdale.”

“Kudos to the guy in glasses whose shift started at 3pm on 6/18 because he’s awesome! I am not a vegetarian, but I’m super picky about meat. I usually skip it all together when I go out. He suggested the impossible meat to go on it instead and said it’s plant based. He gave me a sample and I was pleased. Very professional, outgoing, and helpful. Hubby thought we were sneaking out for a bit to eat at a new spot. shortly after ordering drinks, the kids came in with balloons, cards, a cake, lots of love, and an envelope with money they had put together to pay for dinner. “The reason this restaurant did not receive five stars is because of the hostess and one of our servers. When we arrived, we asked if the sushi bar area was seat yourself at the tables or we need to be seated. The hostess said that we could sit down wherever there was a clean table so we found one near the hostess stand and sushi bar. The servers ignored us for about 30 minutes. Then, a server said someone else was going to take care of us. The other server who came from the hibachi area of the restaurant was extremely polite and apologetic about how long we had to wait. The other server who only refilled our waters was condescending and rude. We do like the server who helped us after her though. She promptly got our order in and it was pretty fast service. The food was great overall, which is why I wish I could give five stars!”
