Tapas Spanish Cafe

I've been trying to find some amazing Hispanic food since moving to Tampa 4 months ago,and boy did I find it. I had 2 chicken empanadas with cheese and my first coco con leche and oh my gosh was it to die for, I was told by a friend to go here and now I'm going to be telling others I know to go. The only reason I'm eating it 4 stars is that it's very hidden and had no idea where i was going from maps but I ended up finding and adoring this place as I hope you will too!

Food is good but the service is a little lacking. I like to call in food but half the time the phone rings and rings. Tried calling for over and hour. Come on now. But the food is pretty authentic. Great coffee, and the cubans are really good. Very busy at lunch time and they close pretty early. So expect a little wait if you go then

Tapas is always delicious! It's basically a Spanish Cafe which is open early in the morning and closes late afternoon. They serve the offices around the area so they're on their schedule. Monday through Friday. The food is on point! Leans more towards Cuban food. Their appetizers are fantastic and always made fresh by them! Their sandwiches are great! The Cuban sandwiches and their steak sandwich done correctly. Personally I'm not big on their rice and beans but I know plenty of people that like them. Other than that everything on the is fabulous. Service is always nice very patient with customers.

You can't go wrong with this place, the food is excellent and atmosphere is great. I have been coming here for more than 2 year's. Love this place... If there were anything else that could be done to improve, it would be to extend the hours. However I always make time to stop at this hidden jem!!! Try it for yourself.
