First time there. Cuban sandwich so tasty. I will return to sample soups and an empanada. Very nice service. My to go sandwich was gently handed to me. A nice touch. I will return

Great for a quick bite! Empanadas selection was unique and delicious! Very hearty and filling! Black bean soup is bean-packed and delicious. Staff is friendly, helpful and restaurant is very clean!

This place is incredible, after one visit they knew my name, after 2 visits they even knew my preferences, 3 visits & they were chatting with me like reunited friends.
The food is wonderful but the customer service warrants 5 stars and some more....
This franchise is a little off the beaten path but well worth the effort to find it, (Kennedy (E)/Lois),; please seek them out if you are staying near the airport.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Not only is the food good, but the staff and management are great too.
An example is when I was going to breakfast at another restaurant located fairly close to the one on Kennedy. I didn’t realize Mr. Empanada was even open, so I parked in their parking lot and I was going to walk over to breakfast. The manager came out, and very politely let me know that 2 cars had been towed that morning. He wasn’t mad, he was just giving me a heads up. I didn’t eat at his place that morning, but I have in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
