Front Porch & Bart's Tavern

My favorite spot for wings and drinks! I’m up and coming Seminole heights in a old school Victorian house. Sit inside, on the front porch, or venture to the side bar for live music. You will love the locals and bar feel.

I'm surprised I haven't made a review about this place yet! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Environmentally, it's another dose of charm in the Tampa Bay area.

This restaurant has an interesting history with plenty of historical photos in the entryway of its past existence, before it became a restaurant. This restaurant used to be someone's farmhouse in the past century. This will be very obvious if you Google it or go there in person. The layout is pretty much the same as how it was before except there's a bar in the living room and restaurant seating. No customer access upstairs though (staff only).

I have eaten here many times on the porch and sometimes indoors. Both locations are nice depending on your mood (and weather). There's additional seating and another bar in the "backyard". During certain times a night will have live music back there which you can hear from all over the exterior no matter where you're sitting.

During peak times, expect to receive a little bit slower service, however, the wait staff are aware and typically apologetic about it. I can assure you that the wait will be worth it. The food menu is full of good choices. Though there are no specialty cocktails that I can remember, they do feature a full bar for your drinking pleasure.

I had an awesome time.... The place is definitely worth visiting if you love to have a good old time. I had a blast doing Karaoke ???? for the first time. .great place and friendly people, you will definitely not meet a stranger.... Roll Tide Roll! LSU WHO?

Three kids. Bundles of joy.. All of them, but quite a handful. We showed up at 145 on a Saturday afternoon. Luckily the house portion was empty. The server knew he was in for a fun time. The kids immediately began running around and having fun. We don't get out much because with three kids, two of them under 4..it's hard. The server was calm, collected, and a decent human being. He brought out their drinks immediately, and was so respectful, when many others would have been jerks. The food was delicious, the margaritas were fabulous. I'm so glad that places like this exist, and that this server was there while we were there. I think his name is Jordan.. But I don't know. Regardless.. Thanks guys.
