Shells Seafood Restaurant - South Tampa

Fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Excellent Customer service. We're from out of town. We used to have a Shells in our area and oh do we miss it. My daughter decided to try oysters for the first time. All of our food was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Wow, I hadn't been here in years. It used to be almost a weekly thing to eat here with my parents as both a kid and a young adult. It was a favorite place to eat. My husband suggested Shell's and we both talked about how long it's been since we had eaten there. The service was fast and friendly and the food was AWESOME! There was four of us and we all enjoyed our food immensely. Everything was loaded with flavor and the portions were more than enough. We all walked out with takeout boxes. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying more great food.

I went for Valentine's Day and had their take on Jambalaya. It was different. It was not the traditional Louisiana style of jambalaya that I'm used to but it was delicious none the less. I would highly recommend that dish. My waitress was kind and considerate and I didn't have to wait to be seated. I don't really have any complaints. However I wish the dessert selections were more numerous. I had the caramel cheesecake and it was delicious.

Visiting from Pittsburgh, my friend and I wanted seafood. We found Shells through an online search. Best place ever!!! Food was fantastic and came out piping hot. Taylor, our server was great, super friendly, helpful and fast. Next time we’re in Florida we are definitely coming back! If you’re in the area, you will not regret coming here.

Excellent service and great food. Our server Betsy was attentive and most helpful. I was there to celebrate my fiance's birthday with a few friends. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Tampa Bay area.
