Burger 21 New Tampa

Burgers are really good and I really love the Thai ketchup. They have a variety of selections for burgers. The fries are crisp and with their assortment of sauces I think it’s really good. Shakes are what you would expect and they have some creative signature ones too. My only issue and the reason I give them 3 stars is because they don’t train everyone to make shakes so this poor girl who was suppose to be out at 7 is still working here making a bunch of shakes (it’s currently 8:40pm). She’s the only one here so shakes are coming out slowly but still train your staff to do everything.

Overpriced burgers that are good, but not great. Horrible skinny fries that are cold almost immediately (like Steak n Shake or PDQ). Overpriced shakes. They have a bunch of sauces, but not many of them are any good. Not much else. Maloney's Irish Pub just up the street has excellent burgers that are bigger and juicier, excellent fries, and their prices are much better than B21. In fact, I was surprised at how good all the food is... and consistently good.

Not just burgers. Good menu options including specialty burgers (shrimp, Thai, turkey, black bean) as well as chicken and dogs. Love the fries. Get your own fountain drink (Coke products). Milkshakes and malts are good too. Prompt service.

Love, love, love this place!! Every time we are in the area, we are sure to stop and get a burger, fried and shake. The burgers are always fresh and loaded with toppings. The fried come out hot and are good dipped in the ale cheese. The shakes are thick and delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. ????

This was the best burger place we have been to since moving to Florida. So many choices. Tuesday prices are great. Excellent quality. Fun atmosphere. The staff had incredible customer service. So many different sauce choices that you can get yourself. Quick delivery of the food. And the place was so clean. My entire family left beyond happy and will definitely be back.
