    This was our first visit here and we were thoroughly impressed! The staff was great and so was the food. Can't wait to come back!

    We waited quite awhile for someone to seat us even tho the evening was winding down. And once we got to the table it took a very, very long time for anyone to say even one word to us. Not a "be right with you" or anything. We would have left except my mother is 93 and in a wheelchair. She wanted to leave, but it was too late in the evening, about 9pm, to get up and go somewhere else. We watched a party of 4 come in, who also had to wait a little bit to get seated, but then they immediately got waited on. I was amazed as we sat for another 15 minutes or so until finally our waiter acknowledged us. The waiter was fine once we got started. The food was good. They obviously were shorthanded, but that still doesn't account for the treatment we got. The wait was so long and the breach of etiquette so bad I can't give them more than 3 stars. Next time we want to eat at Renzo's we will eat at the Kennedy Blvd location. We've never had a problem there and the food has always been great.

    Had an excellent dining experience with AJ. He was attentive and polite. He gave me the utmost attention during my dining experience. I am sure I will visit again.
