Lima Rotisserie Chicken & Peruvian Cuisine

Very welcoming Staff and good service.
This is our second time coming back . My kids had the Peruvian rotisserie chicken and we had the Lomo Saltado it was delicious .

Rotisserie chicken is great and juicy and full of flavor. It really brings out the culture of Perú.

The chicken was delicious and would definitely recommend trying it out!

I'm being generous with my star rating bc it's a new restaurant and I think they're still figuring things out. It's a smallish place (about 10 - 15 booths/tables) and you order at the counter.
I ordered the half chicken to go, figuring that it would be quick since it's rotisserie chicken. The line to order was slow. But that doesn't compare to the wait. The people that ordered immediately before me got their food relatively quickly. My order, however (again, only half a rotisserie chicken with no sides) took a grand total of 45 minutes to receive. And it was only prepared when after said 40ish minutes, I went to the lady at the counter to complain. It took her all of 4 minutes to hand over my food then.
The chicken itself was very flavorful, but had a few dry bits. Doesn't compare to the rotisserie chicken you get in Peru (surprise, guys, I'm half Peruvian!). The sauces were great, though.
I would give them another shot... if I'm feeling particularly patient. But I do hope they figure out how to manage better.
Also, not a huge deal, but they put the chicken in the container wrong side up. It didn't leak, thankfully. But something to check just in case.
