“We moved to The Morrison right after it opened and lived there for 3 years with our 2 children. We have moved around a lot over the years and this was one of our favorite places to call home. The building manager was amazing! The maintenance technician was polite and efficient. We loved that the building was only 40ish units and right in the heart of Hyde Park. It was always quiet in the building (we lived on the inside circle facing the pool). Even during the high time of "safer at home" I did not fear living so close to so many others. I can not recommend The Morrison enough and know you will be happy to call Tampa home.”

“I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.”
