“"Terraise" turned a 1-star or 2-star experience into a 5-star experience. We called in an order for pick-up and unbeknownst to us, the guy who took the order got it wrong. Well... we didn't figure it out until we were back at our offices. When I opened my sandwich, the paper wrapping was held together with a sticker that said "We Deliver." So I called and spoke to "Ray." He didn't identify himself, and he continuously interrupted me and was obviously distracted. Horrible. I asked to speak to his manager "Terraise." I told her the problem and asked her if she'd be so kind to DELIVER the proper sandwich. Not only did she agree to deliver a replacement sandwich, she also offered some free chips and soda! No thanks - but THANKS A MILLION for delivering a replacement sandwich. Terraise - you are awesome! (Ray needs a little training...)”
