“First time here, restaurant was very clean as was the washrooms. Very well laid out, open kitchen, and long front counter with lots of condiments. Well stocked salad bar to the side. My wife and I both has the pastrami on rye, plain. The only way to have a deli sandwich. We both commented that the meat had just the right amount of fat to make it oh so tender, melt in your mouth. Would have liked one more ounce of meat. The staff was friendly and service was very timely. No complaints and we recommend this restaurant. If you've followed my reviews you know I am looking for that perfect pastrami sandwich. This was close.”

“We come here almost monthly!! Have been coming for over 3 years. Amazing service, friendly staff! Even thou the minimum is 4 meals we always make 8 or more. Food is delicious and when we split meals in 2 portions we have enough to lastfor the whole month . Even splitting we can still serve our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 5). “A great locally owned an operated sandwich shop. They only serve breakfast and lunch. They can get busy especially at lunch time but the wait is worth it. We split a Philly steak sandwich and fries and had plenty to eat. The don't skimp on the meat there was plenty. The bun was fresh and very tasty. I love these kind of shops that have been in the neighborhood for years. A lot of times the are a hidden gem. This is a hidden gem. We'll be back.”

We had appetizers of conch fritters, crab cakes, and beef patties with coco bread. The meals were Oxtails, curry goat, and fish. The oxtails were cooked perfect, fall off the bone, and in a delicious sauce.. the fish was a little mushy. Not the best. Curry goat was good. The place could use a little face lift. “I just cannot get enough of the Waffle House. The food was great as always. My server who I called the "Amazon" was excellent. Even the nice server who wasn't serving me came over to make sure that I was fine. Much credit to the cook because he did his thing. The environment was so friendly customers coming in as if they were regulars. I really enjoy coming to this Waffle House and anytime that I am visiting the area I will make this location my official stop. And before I closed there is just something about that lemonade. That has to be the best lemonade I've ever tasted out of any restaurant. Keep up the good work guys you got five stars from me. You all really know how to make a customer feel welcome.”
