“My first time here staying at the Current hotel and so glad we didn't leave to go out to eat. Julians food was excellent quality and priced fair. My wife had steak & frits and was very happy. The waitress was very helpful making suggestions since it was our first time and must have mentioned to the chef Stephen because he came out to thank us for coming in and made sure we were happy with our dishes. That was nice and doesn't happen everywhere. Will go back next time we are in tampa.”

“I like supporting local restaurants so I stopped in.I also love Caribbean food.The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the place was clean I could see and smell that it was very clean.There were plenty of tables and chairs for sitting and dining in. A large HD TV streamed a band played what seemed to be live Haitian music ?. The host was friendly. The food excellent! I believe I have found my new favorite eating place, they have $7 lunch specials.Try the passion fruit juice,it's worth every penny.”

“I was skeptical at first to try this location because it is in a gas station. The gas station that is in is not very busy and I figured there was no way that the food would be the same quality as I am used to with Taco Bus. I was wrong. I was completely wrong. If anything it was a better experience because it was much faster. The food quality was just as good as the original location and the portion sizes were just as large. If you're not familiar with Taco Bus you can't really go wrong. The food is great and the portions are huge. I am a big eater and I always leave with a full belly. If you order the El Jefe you can get so full that you're uncomfortable. I order the El Jefe every time even though I know there's a chance that I will overeat and hate myself for it. Anyway give this place a shot, you won't regret it.”
