Chelsea's Gourmet

Me and my boyfriend were over from the west coast of Florida and decided to stop into Chelsea's for brunch and I have to say it was the best choice we could have made!! The food is absolutely AMAZING! The bread pudding french toast is easily by far the best french toast I've ever had. I'm not sure what exactly they use to make it but I want the recipe! The staff was so polite and very quick with everything we needed. My boyfriend ordered the Caprese Avocado Toast and he kept going on about how great it was. Next time we are in town we will definitely be going there and I highly recommend it to all of the locals.

Chelsea's is a special place and worth a visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. After a long day we decided to stop by for dinner. It was like walking into an Italian families home. We were warmly welcomed and was surprised by the variety of gourmet food and wine. A meal of chicken piccata with their specialty mashed potatoes hit the spot - especially washed down with a glass of house wine. Eat in or take out - you won't be disappointed.

Chelsea's is my happy place. Diane and her amazing boys all treat us like family here. I would (and have) travel many miles to have one of their *amazing* bowls, fresh squeezed juice or bountiful salads from the fresh, upscale deli. Very laid back, inviting vibe. Kinda like a non-commercialized Starbucks, but 100% cooler, healthier and more personalized...complete with an amazing wine selection and even wine tastings. Stopping in just makes my day!

I can always count on Chelsea's for any of my breakfast, lunch, or take-home needs. Not sure how it's possible for one place to excel in so many areas, but Chelsea's blows it out of the park! Their food is ALWAYS fresh, and they have the customer's best interest in mind. They have the most bomb sandwiches, salad bar, acai bowls, smoothies, etc.

Chelsea's on Cardinal is a wonderful establishment run by some really great people. They offer fine dining in a casual atmosphere and everything I've tried has been great. Pat, the executive chef, is always working up new things and the rest of their staff will help you find the right food / drink pairing for your evening, or just something quick for lunch. If you're at the beach area in Vero, I highly recommend stopping in!
