Best açaí bowl I’ve ever had! Glad they had a vegan option. Also opted for a vegan tempeh sandwich. Wasn’t bad, but could’ve used a little sauce or something to bring it to life. All in all, a little pricey for the portions of what you get, but quality food and friendly service. Would recommend! I am used to eating at a plethora of creative, quality, organic, health-conscious places in Gainesville, Asheville, and other bigger cities, and it’s nice to have this kind of food in Vero. ????????

I made my boyfriend drive 30 minutes out of the way on our road trip to try this place and it was a great decision! Delicious food, awesome owner. He sent us on our way with some complimentary granola bars ????

Great, super healthy food, fantastic coffee, friendly service. Everything is handmade to order here. We had a really nice weekday “brunch” here. I recommend the Power Bowl and the Mokaya Smoothie.

The freshest and most delicious lunch in town. Love their smoothies and coffee drinks too. Staff is top notch. Great people.

My parents and I are strict vegetarians, and knowing we were visiting Vero for the afternoon, we're concerned about our options, especially when it came to avoiding the corporate chains along Highway 60.

Finding a Google review for La Tabla, we raced to make it before they closed. At 2:50 a Saturday afternoon, as they were putting away equipment and cleaning the kitchen, we stormed in hoping that at the very least we could get some food to go...

Well, we didn't, we got so much more!

All menu options were open, and the owner Santiago, took time to answer all questions regarding ingredients, including the sourcing!

The open kitchen allowed us to watch as our meals were "created" and then served to us without a grudge or sideways glance, although they we're staying open after closing hours for us.

The Tempeh was incredible and the Acai bowl was a full meal unto itself. We also had their incredible Banana bread and a vegan cookie. Everything was beyond spectacular!!!

Even better than the food was the intense passion displayed for food and nutrition by the aforementioned Santiago. His knowledge of, and care for, his customers was so clear as to be stunning and awe inspiring.

This restaurant could and would be a success anywhere among any competition, those finding the opportunity to sample it in Vero should be grateful to the gods of food. For this is truly a temple and sanctuary of epicurean delight.
