“In some ways, a Chili's Grill is a Chili's Grill, wherever you may be. But, I have to say, I eat at the local Chili's in Vero quite often. When I do eat here, it's usually with someone that I am meeting with over lunch. The larger dining area gives me plenty of options for the right table or booth and the wait staff is well trained for their job. They know the menu well and can place the order per your liking. The food is always consistent. The few times (and I mean few) when I've had to send something back, they team has always been very accommodating and understanding in those situations. The lunch menu, offering plenty of food options (quality and quantity) is an added plus!”

“We were in there pretty early so it was quiet. I had the 10oz sirloin. Mom had pulled chicken with sweet potato fries. Sister had chicken grilled Caesar salad. And we also had an appetizer of fried mushrooms. The food was great. My steak was amazing. The total bill was roughly about 50 bucks so not bad at all. Service was fantastic. I would recommend this place for dinner to anyone for a casual meal. I will definitely be eating here again.”

“Just got a to go order for the office for breakfast. The portions were amazing. This was suggested to us by our maintenance man because we always went to "Lemon Tree" on the beach for our take out breakfast. He said to try this place because its good for a heck of a lot less then the other place. So we went for it. I had to wait on the phone for almost 5 mins but she did tell me she'd put me on hold to take care of a few customers but she will be back. So that was nice that she let me know I would be on hold. After placing our order she said it would be about 15 mins. Because this place is ALWAYS jammed it took a little longer. The grits were awesome and the omelets were cooked perfectly and the biscuits were home made and not dry (order them grilled it was perfect) . I will certainly order from here again because I can see why they are always busy. Hope to go in person soon!!”

The store associates actually approached me to see if I needed assistance before I could start searching for one of them LOL (I am mostly blind and on a white cane). I was able to find everything I needed and my checkout experience was friendly and cheerful. The young gentleman who helped us at our car what is cheerful, polite and expedient! A very positive experience overall.”

“I've ordered from Cap's 3 times in the past. Based on those experiences, I would have given them a 4 star review because of their combined food quality & service. Their pizza was good, service was better. My most recent experience was disappointing. I tried to place the order through the Slice app, but it didn't recognize our address, so I called it in instead. I asked the phone order taker what was on the Bomber because I couldn't find a description online, and even though I asked twice, the only answer I could get was "meat and vegetables". I felt as though I were annoying the order taker, but, nowadays, "meat and veges" includes a wide variety of possibilities, and I wanted to make sure I understood what I was ordering. Nevertheless, I assumed they were busy, and decided to let the question go, and I went ahead and placed the order. I was told to pick it up in 30 minutes, I arrived in 20, the front door was propped open, there were flies in the kitchen, landing in the exposed flour on the island counter, I was not acknowledged for several minutes after I arrived at the register, even though two people were standing there, and my pizza was already sitting on top of the oven. When I finally was acknowledged, the person was very abrupt, and again, I felt like my patronage was annoying them. I live less than 5 minutes away. When I got the pizza home, the bottom was soggy, the crust was hard, and the overall flavor, in my opinion, was not good. Disappointing.”

“The food at this restaurant is outstanding. I enjoyed an appetizer of the best conch fritters I have ever eaten with some taro chips. My entree of Teriyaki beef melted in my mouth. Coconut rice came with it and was outstanding. For my two sides I chose Caesar salad and baked beans. Salad was fresh, crisp and had a delicious dressing. Baked beans were also great-smokey flavor with a bit of zing. If you have not tried this restaurant you are missing out on a treasure. Will definitely go again very soon!”
