Momiji Sushi Bar & Grill of Sorrento

Normally I would give this location 4 or maybe even 5 stars, since their food quality and taste is great. The reason for 3 stars is that I recently ordered their hibachi to-go. While the food was well cooked and very tasty, I could not believe the portions! Normally you know what to expect with a hibachi meal. A lot of food. The amount of meat was satisfactory, and whole lot of veggies as well (which I don’t care for). The rice and especially the noodles were the problem. The thing is; that they decided to serve the food in one of those trays with dividers. Rice was not a lot, but passable as far as the portion. I was in complete disbelief however, with the amount of noodles my wife and I were served. We each ordered our own meal so it wasn’t just a fluke on mine. Both of our trays held at the most, maybe 1/2 cup of noodles for each. What made this even more offensive was how good they tasted. PLEASE fix this momji. For a meal that costs $20 per person, this should not be happening!

The absolute BEST sushi place in Central Florida! Amazingly fresh seafood and really good hibachi. There's also an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages and interesting non-alcoholic beverages. Their closest competitor is a place in Palm Beach county. Nobody else comes close.

Several years ago our favorite Japanese restaurant closed and we've been searching for a replacement since then. This is it! The food is outstanding and worth the price and I couldn't ask for more!

Great place! Neat and clean. More food than we could eat! I'm from Sarasota and you'd pay double for the sane amount!

Went there for the first time last night and was really pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere and Ambience was nice. We sat Outdoors as they have a nice patio as well. Service was excellent, food was very flavorful and the portions were a good size. My only negative would be the drink I ordered was very weak but I probably could have had it remade if I had pressed the issue. Overall I would definitely recommend restaurant
