(May 19, 2019, 3:12 am)Great little hole in the wall place in the canal (Dead River) between Lake Harris and Lake Eustis. I parked my boat in one of their slips and we waited a little bit for a table to come available. This was my first time eating here but I've crossed it a few times while boating in the area and it is always busy which I always take as a good sign. Today was no different as we were 3rd in the line.
I will say one of the biggest draws for me was the great view of the water from any of the outside seating tables. Service was really good but the food took a while to come out. My brother and his wife got the pluck and eat shrimp and it looked delicious (shellfish allergy for me????). They also ordered Fried Green Beans, another first for me, which were delicious. The main lunch options were the Basa fillet sandwich, fried shrimp and fries, and chicken tenders with onion rings. Everything was delicious and the wait staff kept our drink refills coming.
Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area. -

(May 15, 2019, 5:22 pm)Great place to spend a sunny afternoon people and boat watching while enjoying a cool beverage and a meal. Service was a bit slow, but who cares when the atmosphere is great and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Food was just OK, but not bad. Food was not our primary reason for stopping. This is a must stop place for a relaxing couple hours.

(March 26, 2019, 11:34 am)Nice setting on River with outside patio and bar. There is also an inside dining room if needed. The waitstaff were attentive and varied entries on menu. We had raw and steamed oysters, peel and eat shrimp. All were very tasty.

(March 1, 2019, 10:04 pm)Great place to ride the boat up to and have some good food and cold beer. Very busy place on a Saturday afternoon. Oysters were very tasty and so was the shrimp. Very good service. We will definitely be back for another visit!

(February 20, 2019, 11:09 pm)Very friendly. Excellent views. Stopped by to get gas and then decided to have an adult beverage. The gentlemen shared the specials they have. It was a great chill place. Would highly recommend stopping there if in the area
