Carrabba's is one of the best Italian Restaurant's that we have ever dined.
We've dined at a number of different Carrabba's for years and we are always left very satisfied.
Being Italian we are very choosy about the sauces, they have some of the most authentic Italian sauces, their kitchen is open so you are able to watch the chefs at work.
With imported pastas, cheese, olives, fresh baked bread, etc. the food is delicious. We love their House salad with creamy garlic dressing, olives, croutons and cheese it is amazing!
For the Wine lover they have a very good selection of imported wines.
Although our meal was perfect, we sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen area and saw some things that were alarming. The person cooking on the grill, often did so with bare hands or went from shrimp to beef without changing his gloves. The head chef was arrogant and nothing was his fault as he literally flung meals across the counter, food sloping off the sides (some put back on the plate with bare hands). Our waitress brought us the wrong drinks, not returning for nearly 10 minutes to take our order. When she did, she failed to ask how I wanted my sirloin cooked and then when I told her after she was ready to leave, she gave me attitude saying 'well, medium right?'. She was not right.
I have never had a bad meal at this restaraunt. This place is tops. One of my favorite places to eat. Great job!
Everything was great, except for what was in my plate. Really impressive facilities and service. My lobster ravioli was delicious, the sauce outstanding. The dish was about ten cheese raviolis with perhaps a tablespoon of tiny cubes of something that I assume was lobster. The overall portion was so small that I was soon staring at my wife's plate. I suppose that my $20 went for the nice furnishings and not a good quantity of food.
