Cirella's Italian Bistro & Sushi Bar

You cant beat the Happy Hour at Cirella's. Half off appetizers and sushi. The mussels with the marinara sauce for $7.00 is the best I have had.

We went during happy - not a lot of bottle/canned beer selection (which is the only kind of beer on happy hour). The sushi was okay - not the "best in Naples/Bonita" as some have claimed. We didn't try the pizza or pasta so can't comment on that. Altogether it was a decent place and I think we will be back once we get another one of those $10 of your bill coupon in the mail again.

Good food, good service. With so many other great italian restaurants in Naples though, this would not be my first choice. I am not a sushi fan but the people in my group that are said the sushi was very good!!

Wednesday night 6/12 my husband made reservations at 3:05 for table 24 for 6:00. Reservations start at 3:00 we arrived at 6:02. THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES SINCE THE NEW MANAGER. The restaurant was half full at best. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait, that the people at 24 were checking out. This was told to us by the Asian woman. We proceeded to get some wine at the bar. When 6:30 arrived,my husband as the Asian woman what was going on, that we had reservations. A small skinny girl with long hair stopped by my husband and raised her voice so other customers could hear and said “stop harassing her”. He sat down and 10 minutes later asked to see the manager who was working in the kitchen. She come out an angrily said two people had come in at 4:00 and were still sitting. I said they should manage their reservations better as this was the fourth time this had happened and she acknowledged it. Her tone with us was horrible and definitely how you should treat any customer especially a frequent club member. We sat down, finished our wine and left at 6:50 without dinner. We have met the owner and if he is interested in this terrible treatment of a club member we are member # 4160. You have lost a customer due to poor management. What a shame.
