Chick-fil-A

Excellent staff and very comfortable environment. Usually busy, but has a play area for kids which hasn't been around in most places since I was a kid. Recommend being prepared to wait for a seat though.

Not their usual excellent food.
We were very disappointed in the chicken nuggets we ordered. Some were x-large and slightly under cooked while others were teeny tiny and very overcooked. We avoid their fries as they are always over cooked and dried out or under cooked and cold. They deluxe spicy chicken was not so deluxe. The chicken breast was small and greasy. Lettuce was on the verge of being spoiled, wilted and mushy. Side salad was just OK, it was more of a lettuce cup than a salad.

I was there around 1:30 pm and they had employees outside taking drive through orders before you get to the menu board. I hate this! I am not a frequent fast food eater and don't know their menu by heart. I would like to try something new but you don't get to see a menu and they rush you through your order. This is the third time in a row this has happened to me at different times of the day. I am unable to go inside because of a severely broken leg. It will be a long time before I go back.

Best Chick fil a in Lee County. Best service and food. And Ms. Rosie is the sweetest. She gets to know her regular customers and treats everyone like family.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with this wonderful group of people. The staff was professional, so accommodating, and FUN! A great group of people who love their job and it shows. We had a blast! Thank you so much, oh, the food was of course awesome as always too!

We were the last customers of the night, a family of 5, we walked in at 9:55pm on a Saturday. Everyone was very hospitable and showed us great customer service with a smile on their faces. The manager even asked if we wanted refills on our drinks before we left, he said he was waiting on us before he turned off the soda machine. Even at the end of their shift when everyone was tired and ready to go home they were wonderful with us!
