Outback Steakhouse

We do take out a lot at this particular location and this was the first time that we had a not so amazing experience with the sirloin. We called and I went back to pick up the new order and the manager Vara was amazing and so accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we were not disappointed again. She was amazing and we truly appreciate her professionalism and her customer service.

Our first visit to this Outback location this evening was perfection! Our prompt and sweet Greeter led us to the preferred outdoor patio so we could enjoy the evening breeze. Our server was Stephanie - a delightful young Mother we’d adopt in a heartbeat if her Husband and children wouldn’t mind???? She was awesome! Our baby back rib and salmon dinners were delicious - kudos to the Chef as well! Excellent evening. Highly recommend and we will return soon????????

My steak was under cooked and potatoes was cold. The wait was a bit long but the manager was absolutely on top of things and offered many solutions and was truly gracious. I still enjoyed my evening and have no hard feelings.

We so enjoyed the Outback on Pine Island Road Cape Coral, Florida. My wife is pretty crippled up and we enjoy being able to get her in and out of the booth in the bar area. The help is always well trained and polite.. this is our go-to place for a restaurant and we get gift cards from our children because they know we enjoy it so much with the warmth of the wood and the service.

We went to celebrate my uncle's birthday. Our waitress was awesome. Her name was Denilynne. She was always checking on us with a wonderful smile on her face. Thank u so very much Deni u made this special day even more special with your professional and polite mannerism.
