Pollo Tropical

This particular Pollo Tropical is always on point! Always nice and polite. The food is fresh. The food is really good too. Public restroom and a Drive Thru. They have the best sauces of any other food establishment. Choosing Pollo Tropical over any other fast food place is the best thing you can do for yourself and your family. If and when my family and I choose to eat out and need it fast, we choose Pollo Tropical!

This place specializes in Latin citrus chicken, done on the grill, and they have it down pat. The staff is bilingual.and there is quite a variety of sides and sauces. Personally. I usually get the pork, which is outstanding. My only regret is that tbey discontinued the corn casserole side. It was stupendous. I had an issue with some gift cards that I had purchased; the manager quickly resolved my problem.

The chicken is by far one of the best tasting I’ve had. Always consistent for many years. My first experience was in Miami. Their menu includes more items that I would love to have here in Cape Coral. Took away one star because they frequently run out of chicken and the wait is pretty long, it’s mainly a chicken place.
