As someone who has built business on reviews, I read all reviews both good and bad and my experience seems to fall along with what others have written.

Food A+, it is great! I will purchase here again.

Now the bad, seems that the owner John is rude and I got the same experience. Someone who is from the south and was raised to be courteous to all, I struggled to stay on the phone when placing my order. He was short, rude, and instead of asking "Can I place you on hold for a second", he just rushes you. Sounds like the place is busy, and it's great and all, but John's customer service skills need some fine tuning. I have always raised to treat others the way you want to be treated. I get it, over my 26 years in retail, I am well aware how Northerners are, and within 30 seconds in our conversation, I could tell he was that guy.

End of the day, food was great, we will order again, but the owner John could use a few days where I am from and what southern hospitality will get you. The sandwiches are great and for that you get my 5 stars!

Great food, the Philly Cheese was delicious. And the only place I know of with no delivery fee! Let's me tip a bit better.

We used to frequent this place quite a bit when we lived in south cape but then moved to SE area and kind of forgot about it. Well we finally remembered it again and have ordered from here 4 times in the last month. Excellent subs. The bread is great. We've ordered meatball parm subs, Turkey, Italian subs. All are excellent. We will be back for more soon.

Absolutely love this place!!! The food is great. You get good bang for your buck. The staff are super nice and friendly and just all.around great people. Just give them a chance and you wont regret it
