    Chef Hector is Amazing, a true class act! Red Roc Cravings came to my rescue when I had a food truck emergency- a last minute cancellation, the day before a major event. Chef Hector Cordero, and his staff, saved the day! I am extremely grateful that they were able to serve their delicious food at our event. Be sure to order the shrimp tacos and the chicken tacos- they are absolutely wonderful! Thanks again for everything to Chef Hector and the Red Roc Crew! 5 Stars in my book! :)

    This is my all-time favorite local food truck!!! Don’t forget to get the crushed up taco in the Doritos! Sometimes the line is long but totally worth the wait. If you follow them on Facebook they posted at the beginning of the week where the truck will be!
