(September 14, 2019, 6:53 pm)I have had the pleasure of both dining here myself as well as sending my guests over that stay at The Little Oasis Beach Cottage to enjoy the freshly made conch fritters and of course the wonderful seafood they serve. My guests love the fact that they can take their own bottle and enjoy a freshly cooked meal overlooking the vast gulf. This establishment is literally right on the water so the name Over The Waterfront is truly fitting for them as a restaurant. There are 4 restaurants we enjoy in north captiva island and over the waterfront is one of the better ones along with The Boathouse , Mango's, Barnacles that is currently closed for remodeling and renovations. Keep up the great work!

(May 15, 2019, 8:43 pm)Came here with a group (7 of us total) and we all enjoyed our meal! I ordered conch fritters to start, which I'd definitely order again and chose the red snapper stuffed with crab for my entree. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal, especially dessert. A couple people ordered the key lime pie and a couple others ordered the bananas foster. I had a taste of a bananas foster and I think I might come back and just eat 3 of those next time! It was sooo tasty.
