Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille - Ft. Myers Beach

This was excellent ???? Very good food and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Fantastic rum choices and the cocktails were phenomenal. My wife and I both highly recommend this location and the scenic view while dining was very nice. We will be back ☺ By the way, if you order the fish tacos and I highly recommend that you do, make sure you try all four hot sauces. You have two sides of a taco, no excuses ????

Good evening, weekend hangout. Food was pretty good. Love the calamari and wings. Their shrimp and grits wasn't great but better than average. They have a great selection of libations, including locals. Wait staff was friendly and quick. Good place to relax after a long day.

Wonderful atmosphere, we were seated right on the water and enjoyed seeing the shrimp boats coming in. You have to try the Yucatan Shrimp! Perfectly cooked shrimp with a great sauce. They even give you bread to mop up the excess. Drinks were yummy and the service was friendly. Highly recommend!

I've been here a couple of times, and enjoyed it each time. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. I was disappointed because we went specifically to see the band one time, but they had canceled due to weather. I play live music, and in my opinion it wasn't nearly enough of a problem to stop a performance. I don't think any rain came, it was just a little cloudy. But, you can't exactly put that on the restaurant. I will quite likely go again, especially if they host that band again.

Honestly the best food I've ever had. I recommend the Yucatan Shrimps. They're impossibly great! Also good service, a nice view and live music. We're very impressed and will come back for sure. Great job!
