Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a great experience here! The restaurant was clean and the manager, Kim, greeted us at the door when we walked in! The bartender, Elaine, was awesome too! She took special order of avocado tacos and made sure everything was perfect! My husband had a hamburger and it was perfect! The entire time we were there Kim was constantly moving and keeping an eye on everything. WOW! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a hard working, active manager! Both were polite, accommodating and friendly to boot! Kudos to Kim and Elaine! Five stars through and through! Thank you for such great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chili's restaurant oh, the place that I met my future wife on our first date, the place that I got engaged and known for its chips and salsa.
However this place has some great staff including our waitress, Jen.
We haven't been there in quite some time and as soon as she walked in to remember who you are which is very impressive.
What I like about Chili's is that when you come in you're greeted right away by greeter and the bar section is very open and welcoming. I always like to go there to have a beer and the chips and salsa and just relax enjoy the sports TVs and just unwind. Figo asked for and tell her that David and Karla the people who got engaged there told you to come by.

Chili's was great! The food was delivered quickly and was very good as it usually is, but the highlight of our dining experience this time was the server. Boston (or Jason) was phenomenal! He was friendly, very high energy, and made our visit very enjoyable! We will definitely be going back!

I rarely write reviews but I felt this experience deserves a review. I want to give a round of applause ???????? to GM Kim for standing up for my family and my favorite waitress. Every Friday my family goes to chili’s to have dinner because they treat us like family.
Today, as we were about to be seated to our table. The older couple sitting behind our about to be table said to are host(which happened to be the GM) that he did NOT want people with children to be seated next to him. GM told him this is a family restaurant and he can’t ask her to do that. He continue to argue with the GM about it. I had a very long work week and to be honest I was not in the mood for people like him. I told the GM it okay we will sit somewhere else. Our waitress who we love asked us what happen. I explain the situation and she was very disappointed about the situation. She offer us a free dessert to cheer us up. To the old couple please fine another restaurant where they don’t allow children and to other couples who did nothing and agree with this couple shame on you. I hope no one ever have to experience this. It’s not okay. Thank GM Kim for coming over and apologizing and backing us up. You guys are amazing and we will continue to go to this Chili’s location.
