We ordered the caramofongo, bistec encebollado, pollo a la plancha, chimi and passion fruit juice. The caramofongo and chimi were great, the other two entrees were ok, a little different (tostones were not crispy, they were salty, but seemed more like platanos maduros). We wanted a Cuban, but they didn’t have the press machine to make it. The passion fruit juice was not good, seemed like a powder mix. I’d recommend calling ahead and placing the order if you don’t want to wait too long, but they were right on with the estimated time, and we got a side of plátanos courtesy of the house. A bit pricey for a food truck, but we would definitely come back and try other items.
Excellent flavor and incredible attentions at the hand of its owner Ramón Fleuri and his wife. I invite you to visit this small place but with a very good projection of taste and flavor ... With a Dominican base but that includes Laino and Anglo-Saxon gastronomy ...
Great food!
