Three Fisherman restaurant is located in a prime waterfront location. As you walk in you see the water and river from the front door. The greeter was not waiting so that was noticable. However I did appreciate our server who was attentive, responsive and very patient.
The salad, a blackened chicken Caesar salad, was loaded with lettace and crunchy croutons. The chicken, supposed to be blackened, was not as spicy as other blackened chicken that I have had. There was a tad too much salad dressing on the salad, but overall the food was good for the price. The price was very reasonable.
I would definitely encourage anyone to visit the restaurant and try a dinning experience with Three Fisherman. The location is easy to get to but hidden between two tall condo buildings so be patient and look for the quaint building.
Food was very good. 7 in our party, all different entrees and everyone enjoyed. My sister and I both commented that the hush puppies were also the best we've ever had. Would definitely return next time in area.
The soft shell crab, best we've ever had! Gator tail was also, very tender not touch, cooked to perfection! Fried oysters fresh & hand rolled! Huge portion of fish and chips and was wonderful also! Fabulous dinner & great service from Jeff! My mom didn't want to leave lol...
Service was good. We got the seafood dinner for two. Plenty of food for sure. Maybe just a bad night. The fish was dry and the oysters were overly chewy. Scallops and shrimp were good. Did not try the crab yet, brought them home. Other party had the flounder and they said it was good. So hopefully we just got some bad fish and oysters. I also had to get home very fast which does not happen to me. Would I give them another try, probably.
Classic old style seafood restaurant with a $100 million view of the Caloosahatchee River. Ample and affordable meals of REALLY good seafood served real friendly in laid back indoor and patio dining. Recommend the fried shrimp, fried catfish, calamari, stuffed flounder and any of the really tasty sides and the notably good hush puppies.
All of this washed down with a good wine and craft brews selection.
