    Usually, they are spot on, and amazing. Last time I was in, though, I ordered the brisket, and got something else. I was hungry, so I ate it and didn't complain. It was a good sub, but I really wanted to try the brisket.

    Turkey bacon ranch sub is amazing! Firehouse always fixes the best sandwiches. They don't skimp on the toppings and the bread is always fresh. Seriously the best, I won't eat at any other sub place.

    I love Firehouse subs even though I only really get one thing when I go there. The steamer. Main thing I really wish they would bring back is the hot sauces. I really miss those.

    Customer service leaves something to be desired. Food was decent. Need more low-calorie options besides a salad with lettuce and tomato. Ready to see dining room return for dining in because only 1 trash can gets old.
