I had the chicken and waffles with hashbrowns. The food was really good and they give you nice size portions. Our server was so sweet and gave very good food suggestions. I will definitely be visiting this establishment again.

The atmosphere here is really cool, and after 8pm they dim the lights and turn up the music to give it more of the bar vibe. We enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, entrees, and desserts. The Scotch egg was probably our favorite thing that we ate. I might try dessert again but it was not as good as the rest of the meal.

Liberty serves up awesome food and cocktails. They only have one vegan entree - the Vegan Bahn Mi - but it's so good the non-vegan members of our party enjoyed it as well. We started with the fruit salad that included grilled honeydew and compressed cantaloupe in a sweet jalapeño dressing and it was TO DIE FOR. Hope to return to Liberty soon!

The food was absolutely amazing!! Delish! Mouth watering melting in your mouth. The problem was it took 1 hour and abt 45 minutes to get our food. 😣....our server ended up comping our drinks. As I looked around the Resteraunt... it was almost full..there was only one couple that had food... and they were sharing the entrée. Also, there was an unpleasant stench from the cigar shoppe that was coming through the walls from next door. 😬

My husband and I (late 20s/early 30s) really liked the vibe here. It was nice, not too "college". Actually a pretty mixed age and diverse crowd. It's a craft bar so expect to pay $9+ per drink. Their menu is seasonal (per bartender) which is cool, but since we went on a Friday night in July they didn't have any whiskey drinks which my husband wanted. We were told for summer they only have "refreshing" drinks so literally any clear liquor. I ordered 2 drinks and while they were pretty they were really weak. I wanted a 3rd but I didn't want to pay for another drink that barely had alcohol in it. My husband really wanted whiskey so he spoke to the bartender and they made him a drink similar to an Old Fashioned, which is his favorite drink. He really liked it. It came with an orange peel but he wished it had a Luxardo cherry too. If they had stronger drinks I would've given a 4. One big plus on the menu that I really loved is, they show you the type of glass its served in, type of ice used and under the drink description they add notes such as "sweet, tart, citrusy" and that helped a lot! I would come back but probably order a more basic drink in hopes it'd be stronger.
