Great place to enjoy a cold brew and some good food. Appetites of all kinds welcome here even gluten free items and vegetarian options are served here. Dog friendly environment on the outside sitting area and a cool modern vibes gives this place a nice atmosphere and very enjoyable with friends and family. Come on by and taste their expanding menu of in house brews. If you would like some more chest hair then try the coconut stout it is delicious only 12.5% alcohol and a good conversation starter. Highly recommend this place away from the college crowd.

A friend recommended this place, and everything was delicious! We ordered the pork sliders, fish & chips, and caprese impossible sliders. The beer fan in the group loved his Key Lime Evil Kiss so much, that a few cans followed him home. Highly recommend!

Proof’s brews have come a long way. Brewery is large and nice, but very college. That’s just tally. Keep up the good progress and hard work.

It's not a visit to Tallahassee without a trip to Proof. Their award winning beer is a staple of the community and is elegantly finished with their choice atmosphere and tapas style bites. They do have a full bar, but if you enjoy beer, trying the "850" is a rite of passage. Cheers!

Really cool environment that provides a modern twist on a brewery. Definitely a good spot for the millennial crowd but is also inviting to groups of all ages. I really enjoyed how it had a nice and young nightlife crowd but without all the noise and rowdiness of a college bar. There drink selections are excellent and the limited food menu is surprisingly fantastic, especially the fries! There isn't a lot of seating due to COVID I'm sure so maybe plan to get there a little earlier, especially if you have a larger party. Highly recommend them for a fun night out though and can't wait to go back.
