Ted's Montana Grill

Great food and atmosphere. We stopped in the one in Tallahassee during a road trip. The hostess told us to wait bye 25 to 30 minutes to have a table but it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The waitress was extremely professional attentive and friendly, my 10yo got in love with her ;) I recommend it and I will stop again!

My granddaughter, Rain, Tina and I had dinner here. We received the very best customer service from Ian our waiter. The steaks were outstanding. We were extremely pleased as the steaks was cooked as ordered(rare, medium rare and well done. And we decided if we ever in Tallahassee again we will have dinner here. So thank you Ian(for the greatest of service) and to the cook(for the greatest steaks). So we suggest to everyone looking for a restaurant go to Montana Grill. You won't be disappointed.

A friend and i had lunch here and we enjoyed it very much. I had the bison burger with the chili over it and fries. My friend had the mushroom Swiss burger but did not want a bun or a couple of things with it and they accommodated her request with no problem. She ordered onion rings with her sandwich and shared some with me and I really enjoyed them. They were not too greasy which you find a lot of times. I will probably order them next time! The service was perfect-attentive but not overbearing. I will go back.

We arrived for dinner at 7pm on a Wednesday night. We were told that the wait was 35-40 minutes, that was fairly accurate.

Once we were seated the server arrived promptly and was attentive throughout our visit. My wife enjoyed the complimentary cucumber slices. We ordered the house made chips and dip. I had the 6 ounce Bison filet with asparagus and the 50/50 fries and onion rings. The steak was cooked as ordered.
My wife had the Bison brisket with baby carrots and broccoli. Both meals were delicious and filling.

The only negative comment I have is that with a long wait having a table that needs to be cleared for more than 10 minutes in plain view of those waiting to be seated might not be the best idea. It looked like the host was responsible for clearing and resetting the tables which left the host stand unoccupied when customers arrived. It seems like there could be a better way to accomplish this.

Well worth the wait.
