Top Dog Fitness/Muscle Maker Grill at Top Dog Fitness

I went to Top Dog for my last 2 years of college and it was well worth it. Working out every day here was definitely one of the highlights of my life while I was in school, and really helped me to grow into myself to feel confident and comfortable in my skin. For someone that knew very little about working out when I started, I feel like my time at Top Dog really gave me a great foundation to build upon, as far as learning how to lift weights properly and helped with building a healthy body. The best part for me was just being able to show up to the gym and have the workout and all the materials needed available to me without having to think much about it. It made my life much easier without having to come up with my own routines, and lets be real who really wants to to fight over space and 10lb dumbbells at the Leach? Since graduating and moving away from Tallahassee, I miss my gym the most lol and wish that there was something that came close to this gym where I live.
The program is designed exactly for their audience, and it really works. With any exercise program, you have to be self motivated. No one is going to yell at you or tell you what to do the entire time, but I like to be in my own zone so it always suited me just fine. All of the equipment is awesome and the guys always getting in new things and staying up to date with fitness trends. I loved the rowers and ski machines. Personally, I loved being able to go to a gym that was mostly just girls, it made working out very comfortable for me. With that said, all the guys are very professional, and were always very patient and accommodating if I needed anything.
If you’re still in college and thinking about Top Dog, definitely do it sooner than later. I loved my time at this gym and it really enhanced my college experience and time while living in Tallahassee. :-)

Hands down the best gym in Tallahassee!! First class is free and all workouts are written out and set up for when you get there. !!*it’s worth the money*!!. The trainers push you to your fullest and if you truly stick to the program you will see results within weeks. I wouldn’t want to work out at any other gym!!

hands down Topdog is the best gym to workout at in Tallahassee!! The trainers provide different workouts every day, including HIIT circuits, and they continue to improve the equipment to benefit their members. really awesome facility AND two pups, what could be better?

I would recommend Top Dog Fitness to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level. The trainers (and the dogs) have amazing energy and do an incredible job at motivating and encouraging their clients. The circuits are never the same from day to day which keeps the workouts fun and challenging. No matter what your fitness goal may be, Top Dog will push you to reach it.

I've been a member of Top Dog for over a year now and I cannot imagine working out anywhere else in Tally. All of the trainers are professional, welcoming, and customize each workout to each individual's needs. I've personally seen major improvements to my physical health that would have never been accomplished if it weren't for this amazing place!!
